If you live in the Capital District area, and you would like to send your child to our summer program, please fill out the following application. Send the
non-refundable $25 registration fee for each camper.
AGE LIMITS
Students must be entering kindergarten. There
is no upper age limit.
Grades K-12.
DAILY SCHEDULE
Camp will begin promptly at 8:30 AM, and end at 3:00 PM. Campers must leave
the school building by 3:05 PM.
TRANSPORTATION
This year's bus pick-up schedule will be as follows and ar approx.:
TUITION
The tuition is $110 per week. This fee includes transportation and admission fees
on
regular weekly trips. A second camper from the same family may attend
at the rate of
$100 per week.
Tuition may be
paid on a weekly basis, and should be received by the first day of
each week.
REGISTRATION
A $25 registration fee must accompany each application for each camper. The registraion fee is in
addition to the tuition, and is not refundable. All fees should be in cash,
check or
money order payable to SAAC.
ACCIDENT INSURANCE
The Scotia-Glenville School District accepts no responsibility for any accidents
that
may occur on the school grounds, on the way to or from camp, on field trips,
or on
transportation facilities. General Liability, for school day pupils,
applies for the
Academic and Arts Camp. Parnets who may not have adequate
accident insurance
on their children are requested to investigate short term accident
plans.
PUBLICITY
Parents agree to give permission for the camp director to use children's pictures,
or stories
about the program, in the news media. Please notify us if you would
like to opt out of this item.
DISTRUPTIVE STUDENTS
The director reserves the right to request immediate withdrawal of any camper
whose behavior is disruptive and dangerous to others.
